How the work is performed:  

Work is performed by the hour or by the project. The larger the project, the less is charged per hour. The billing is done in half-hour increments; you are not charged for time I'm not working on your project.

Training workshops have a set rate for up to ten participants, with additional charges if you have more people involved.  Travel and web-conference charges are added to my base fees.
